We drove from Shreveport to Meridian, Mississippi, the first night, and stayed in a bed and breakfast in Meridian.
On June 18, we drove to a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia, to visit Mary and Billie Martin, Linda's best friend from High School, and her husband. We spent two nights with them.
On June 20, we drove as far south as Jacksonville, Florida. We met a cousin of mine, Rebecca Garz, in a small town in Georgia and visited for a little while with Rebecca and her grandson.
On June 21, we arrived in Jupiter to visit Allyson, Brian and the girls for a few days.
We left Florida and drove back to Shreveport.
